Principal Attorney
Daniel An, Esq.
Daniel is a South Bay native who attended Narbonne High School and graduated from Gardena High School. After high school, he served active duty in the Marine Corps infantry and was promoted to the position of platoon sergeant in just four years. In addition to serving in the infantry, he served with the military police and a direct action counter terrorism unit. Daniel obtained his BA in political science, with a focus on political theory and philosophy, from the University of California, Berkeley. He received his Juris Doctor from Chapman University Fowler School of Law.
Daniel began his legal career in San Francisco over 20 years ago assisting defense trial attorneys who represented major oil companies, collaborated with the Attorney General’s Office in a Proposition 65 action, and also assisted on a $40 billion dollar government contracts case, the largest in U.S. history at the time. In law school, Daniel clerked at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office. He sought a career in the law as a natural consequence of his desire to help people in need. As an attorney, he has worked at some of the largest personal injury law firms in California. Since then, he has successfully recovered millions of dollars for his clients. Daniel has appeared in both state and federal courts in the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura.

Jun Wang is a dedicated legal assistant and administrative professional currently serving clients at the Law Offices of Daniel An, PC. With a career built across law firms, accounting offices, and financial institutions, Jun brings a rare combination of legal acumen, financial literacy, and meticulous organizational skill to her work.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Jun is a valuable bridge between the firm and its diverse clientele — communicating complex legal matters with clarity, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
Jun’s legal career spans several years of hands-on work supporting attorneys in active litigation and client management. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Daniel An, PC, she served as a Legal Assistant in Redondo Beach, where she assisted attorneys in preparing and filing court documents, managed attorney calendars, monitored pending cases, and coordinated communications with clients, insurance companies, and expert witnesses.
Her background also includes administrative roles where she maintained sensitive client financial records, assisted with federal and state tax filings, and provided comprehensive support to the firm’s accounting team — experience that lends additional depth to her understanding of document management and compliance.
Jun is proficient in speaking, writing, and reading Mandarin Chinese, enabling the firm to serve a broader range of clients with clear and effective communication.

Yesenia Archibold
Yesenia Archibold is a skilled legal assistant and administrative professional serving clients at the Law Offices of Daniel An, PC. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Yesenia brings a results-driven approach and a strong foundation in legal operations, client communication, and case administration to her work every day.
With a career spanning law firms, staffing operations, and corporate environments, Yesenia has developed a versatile skill set that allows her to remain highly productive and composed in fast-paced, demanding settings — a quality that directly benefits the clients and attorney she supports.
Yesenia’s legal career includes hands-on experience as a Legal Assistant at a Torrance personal injury law firm, where she managed a full range of litigation support duties — including electronically filing and calendaring court documents, drafting correspondence, transcribing client intakes, requesting medical records and bills, and opening Medicare and Medi-Cal claims.
Her prior experience as an Administrative Coordinator further honed her abilities in compliance, payroll support, data entry, and multi-line phone management — giving her a broad operational perspective that enhances her contributions in a legal environment.
Yesenia is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, enabling the firm to serve a wider range of clients with clarity and care. She is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as legal case management platforms ensuring seamless integration into the firm’s existing workflows.
