About Us
Medical Treatment
We have access to medical providers across California so that you can get the medical treatment you deserve. We refer you to doctors that work on a lien basis, which means you can focus on your health without breaking the bank.
Litigation Experience
Unlike some personal injury law firms, we file lawsuits, engage in written discovery, subpoena records, take and defend depositions, and go to trial depending on the particular facts of your case.
Our Results
We have successfully recovered millions of dollars on cases many attorneys would consider "unwinnable." In fact, some of our successful cases were dropped by other law firms that had trouble obtaining a favorable outcome.
Principal Attorney
Daniel An, Esq.
Daniel is a South Bay native who attended Narbonne High School and graduated from Gardena High School. After high school, he served active duty in the Marine Corps infantry and was promoted to the position of platoon sergeant in just four years. In addition to serving in the infantry, he served with the military police and a direct action counter terrorism unit. Daniel obtained his BA in political science, with a focus on political theory and philosophy, from the University of California, Berkeley. He received his Juris Doctor from Chapman University Fowler School of Law.
Daniel began his legal career in San Francisco over 20 years ago assisting defense attorneys representing oil companies, collaborated with the Attorney General’s Office in a Proposition 65 action, and also assisted on a $40 billion dollar government contracts case, the largest in U.S. history at the time. In law school, Daniel clerked at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office. He sought a career in the law as a natural consequence of his desire to help people in need. As an attorney, he has worked at some of the largest personal injury law firms in California. Since then, he has successfully recovered millions of dollars for his clients. Daniel has appeared in both state and federal courts in the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura.
