Daniel began his legal career in San Francisco over 20 years ago assisting litigation attorneys in defense of major oil companies, collaborated with the Attorney General’s Office in a Proposition 65 enforcement action, and also worked on the largest government contracts case in U.S. history at the time. In law school, Daniel clerked at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office where he assisted deputy district attorneys with prosecuting homicide cases, meeting with victims’ families, and participating in preliminary hearings. He sought a career in the law as a natural consequence of his desire to help people in need.
